What forms of payment do you accept?

GeneralAire® online payment options include Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover for your convenience. You may also pay with cash or check when purchasing at our offices.

What is the payment process when I purchase with General Filters, Inc.?

Once your order has shipped, we charge your card for the total amount of your order. We do not store your credit card information.

Prices quoted are in U.S. dollars only and are valid only in the U.S.

Is My Payment Secure?

Credit card payments are processed via Authorize.net. Authorize.net is PCI-DSS compliant, a member of the BBB, ETZ and Trustwave; and is a recipient of the ACE Award. Authorize.net implements the best in fraud-protection tools available to protect your personal payment information.  We do not store credit card information.

To further secure your private information, we suggest changing your account password every 45-60 days.

May I make payment installments on my purchase?

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, to include sales tax (Michigan-bound purchases only) and shipping. GeneralAire® does not provide payment terms or financing.

Do you offer financing?

At this time we do not offer financing terms.

Can I pay using two different payment methods?

Currently our online ordering payment system only allows one form of payment per order.

Will I get a receipt for my purchase prior to receipt of my purchase?

When you order a product online, a receipt is emailed to you once your order is submitted. Be sure your email address contains no typos when ordering. If you do not receive an emailed receipt, please call our offices (866) 476-5101.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax only for those products that are shipped to Michigan addresses.
